Dr. Katie Sendek and Elaina Jahanfard both participated in the UC Davis 2025 Commencement Ceremony. Katie has accepted a postdoctoral position with Dr. Vince DeLuca at the Arctic University of Norway, where she will investigate sources of individual variability in bilingual language processing. Elaina will be joining Exponent, an engineering, scientific, environmental and health consulting services company, applying her expertise in human cognition to address safety, risk perception, and performance across domains ranging from healthcare and consumer products to manufacturing and environmental exposure.
